Enda Nolan
Enda is the Managing Partner. He is a graduate of NUI, Galway. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2004. Enda has extensive litigation experience at all levels. He deals primarily with defence litigation matters and medical negligence cases.
J. Gerard Allen
Gerry is a graduate of University College Dublin, and qualified as a Solicitor in 1979. Gerry has extensive litigation experience, having led the defence litigation team in another well-established Galway law firm for in excess of 25 years. He deals primarily with defence litigation matters and has significant experience also in the area of defamation.
Maria Dillon
Maria is a graduate of University College, Galway and the University of London. She has considerable experience in general practice, and she has significant experience in Capacity, Health & Social Care law, and the law relating to Vulnerable Adults & Children. Maria is a Chairperson of Mental Health Tribunals, and a Member of the Law Society Mental Health and Capacity Task Force.
Sinead Kerin
Sinead is a graduate of University College Cork and the University of Limerick, bringing extensive experience across a wide range of legal areas. She has a strong background in general practice and employment law and is a recognised expert in judicial reviews and residential housing law. Sinead’s practice areas also include probate where she provides practical and client-focused advice and assists clients with will drafting and estate planning.
